WELCOME!
WARP meets Tuesday nights at 7 p.m. in the Odd Duck Theater, 1214 10th Ave. in Seattle's Capital Hill area. The format generally is open and attended by writers who bring their work as well as actors who read it. Critiques by those present can be part of the experience.
WARP meetings are open to anyone interested in any aspect of the theater: acting, writing, staging, lights or sound. Anyone is welcome to attend a meeting just to watch and listen to readings.Playwrights who have
work they would like read are welcome to bring it as well. There are no dues or commitments, though a small donation toward theater rental is appreciated.
The group produces up to three shows a year comprised of member-wirtten work performed by actors from within WARP and those who answer casting calls. The cabaret-style events are around Valentine's Day, summer and Halloween.
